Hello, I am Pastor Tito Robert, and together with all our team, we welcome you to “God’s 3 Dreams” Webinar, hoping that this time will be a great blessing for your life and ministry.

Our prayer and work is focused on helping, empowering, challenging and focusing the church of Jesus on the purpose that He has within his plan to save the world and in this seminar we are going to share valuable information that we believe will help you to be a part of what God is going to do in history.

God’s 3 dreams.  Why an arrow that has been released? Because the dreams of God are like an arrow that He has released. He is the King of the earth and all what He wants to do He does, His purposes are fulfilled at the right time, each of His wishes and dreams have been fulfilled throughout history and now he is going to fulfill His last 3 dreams .

As this arrow, the dreams of God are already released, as this arrow the dreams of God are not going to stop and like this arrow the dreams of God will hit exactly the target and fulfill the objectives for which they were designed.

The arrow is already released. God tightened the bow and has fired His purpose which will be accomplished. Let’s see the route of this arrow.

CREATION. God created man and woman, placed them in the garden of Eden and gave them the gift of having a personal relationship with Him. But man fell into sin, the man decided to do his own will and not God’s, and his desire of being independent of God has separated him from having a relationship with God.

SALVATION. To solve this problem, God the Father sends His son Jesus to earth to bring us the GOOD NEWS that there is salvation in HIM. He dies on the cross to pay for our sins and rises on the third day to ensure eternal life for everyone who trusts in Him as their Savior and Lord.

TEACHES. Before leaving, He teaches His Church with the presence, power and purpose of the Holy Spirit and entrusts Him with the task of bringing this GOOD NEWS of Salvation “To the ends of the earth.”

CONSUMMATION

And finally the Bible describes us the CONSUMPTION of His plans in the book of Revelations 7:9 “After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.” adoring JESUS ​​CHRIST, with our relationship with God restored, in a place where “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, nor pandemics; for the old order of things has passed away.” (Revelations 21:4 NIV)

In this time that we are living, I want you to know that involving your life and your church with the dreams of God will allow you to help thousands of people to be in that place forever.

The arrow is released, No one can stop what God is going to do.

No one could stop creation, no one could stop Jesus by going to the cross, no one could stop His resurrection, no one could stop Him when he ascended, no one could stop the coming of his Holy Spirit to empower His church, and no one can stop what He is going do from today until that day we will be with Him forever.

¿HOW GOD IS GOING TO DO IT?

The answer is: FULFILLING 3 KEY DREAMS from now to that day that we will be with Him in His presence.

Dream 1:  I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH

These are the words of Jesus that speak to us of His dream, the desire to build a community of people who trusts Him and live as He lives.

THE CHRIST THAT LIVES IN ME, GREETS TO THE CHRIST THAT LIVES IN YOU. This greeting teaches the CORE and the MOST IMPORTANT truth of this community that HE builds and that HE calls “MY CHURCH”.

This truth is that JESUS ​​HIMSELF THROUGH HIS PRESENCE IN EACH PERSON WHO ACCEPTS AND TRUSTS HIM AS HIS LORD AND SAVIOR BUILDS HIS CHURCH.

The apostle Paul confirms this truth when he says CHRIST WITHIN YOU IS THE HOPE OF GLORY.

The church that Jesus builds is not based on buildings, programs, methods, events, or activities that are carried out within four walls but on the very own activity that is developed by every member of His church that lives IN CHRIST.

Two values. The church that Jesus builds is a simple community that lives in practicing his two basic values. Love the Lord with all your heart and with all your soul and all your mind and love your neighbor as yourself.

It is a community that loves God every day seeking His presence to speak to Him through prayer and listening to him through His Word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit

And love your neighbor through service, love, and the communication of the good news of the gospel of Jesus. The ONLY message that can give you a purpose and eternal life.

Jesus assumes the building of His church (ME) therefore HE IS THE ONLY HEAD from where the orders come out for His members.

His focus is the HADES where people’s souls wait to be rescued and brought to His KINGDOM.

The image that Jesus has of His church is that of people are knocking on the doors of the HADES and His promise is that those doors will be broken down by His church in order to rescue as many people as possible.

According to Mark 4: 26-29 the church that Jesus builds (His kingdom) works with four basic components

• The laborer or sower,
• The seed that is the word of God,
• The land that is the heart of the people
• and the working of God that is the ONLY one that can give growth to that seed.

The field of work and normal place of activity of the church that Jesus builds are not the temples but every place where there is land (people with a needy heart where to plant the seed)

In this same passage the Word of God clearly teaches us what the basic actions are and the attitudes of the people who work to build the Church of Jesus.

The people who work to build the church of JESUS ​​are dedicated to:

• Throw the seed – Sow the word of God daily in the hearts of people.
• Rest as part of your daily renewal and recognition of your dependence on the Lord God.
• Get up every day to resume the task with discipline and perseverance.
• And finally, because of their work and the work of God reap the fruit that God gives them.

This picture shows us that the church that Jesus builds is a community surrendered not to public meetings, programs, and events, but to the silent, anonymous but productive process of sowing His Word in every heart in need.

When we look at the parameters that are used today to define and measure the Church of Christ, we discover that none of these characteristics are even named by the Lord Jesus. Culture and our decisions have brought us to this place but have distanced us from the original design of Jesus for His church.

Seeing our departure from the original model of Jesus for His church we understand why many churches do not experience the normal growth that God promises.

To experience a church that grows and fulfills its purpose, we must begin a journey back to the original design that Jesus has for HIS CHURCH.

We need to ask ourselves, how is Jesus’s church built? The church that Jesus builds is defined in Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three gathers in my name, there am I with them.”

Where there are two or three people who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior and gather IN HIS NAME, JESUS IS PRESENT.

¿Who dares to say that His church is not there if HE IS PRESENT?

What guarantees that the church EXISTS is THE presence of Jesus.

THE picture that we see is not a temple but a simple house where two or three people can meet in the name of Jesus and experience in a simple, informal and personal way the life of the church because where Jesus is.

The church that Jesus builds is based on the presence, power, and purpose of CHRIST for HIS CHURCH.

Only by recognizing His PRESENCE, POWER AND PURPOSE is that we can see how HE builds it.

Jesus cannot build a church that has its own purposes, its desires, and its dreams. He alone builds HIS CHURCH, that is, the one that embraces and consecrates himself to the purposes that He has for his church.

To understand this we must think of the two bodies of CHRIST, The Earthly, limited by time and space which He leaves so that from his ascension the NEW BODY OF CHRIST, HIS CHURCH, now UNLIMITED since His presence, Power and purpose extended through each person who has accepted him as Lord and Savior.

This now unlimited, people-centered church in the constant planting process develops attitudes and dynamics that build up the community.

¿Are our temples and meetings the adequate spaces for these actions?

The question arises, ¿Where does all this happen in the church that Jesus builds?

The apostle Paul says that beyond love and seeking the gifts, the church of Christ MUST PROPHETIZE ABOVE ALL (GIVE A MESSAGE)

But it places it in a very different context from what we experience it.

First, it says that PROPHETIZING consists of BUILDING, EXHORTING AND CONSOLING. Giving every member of His church the power to do it.

Secondly, it says that we can do it ALL ONE BY ONE, (it is evident that this is a meeting of few people)

And thirdly, He adds that EVERYONE LEARNS, and EVERYONE IS EXHORTED, which places ALL the members who are in this church ON THE SAME LEVEL.

This is an impossible dynamic when having a gathering that has more than 10 people, it leads us to ask ourselves again:  ¿Where does this happen in the church that Jesus builds?

One of the main dynamics and characteristics of the church that Jesus builds is detailed more than 60 times in Paul’s letters describing the first church.

EACH OTHER

This dynamic that enriched the church of Jesus in the first years,  has been lost due to the fact that the space and format of our gatherings has become ONE OF A FEW THAT ARE in the pulpit, front or stage, to ALL killing the normal dynamic  from EACH OTHER that the allowed gatherings of the church that Jesus designed .

Returning to this dynamic will return to the church the enrichment of the MUTUAL BUILDING of ALL members to ALL members.

The question naturally arises, ¿where can this dynamic of One to OTHERS develop again? We finally answer the question ¿Where does all this happen?

The Bible gives us the answer in the book of Acts 5:42. From house to house

It not only tells us the place, but it also unites the characteristics of the church that Jesus builds that we have been mentioning

• Every day (Process)
• In public places and at home.
• They did not stop (Continuity)
• Preach and teach

All this happens in a simple, familiar, personal, and informal group.

COMMUNITIES called OIKOS. Oikos were naturally formed through relationships. In these spaces the church carried out its ministry.

This has a much deeper foundation that is born of God himself because God is COMMUNITY, creates man in community and designs His church in community.

The common thread and related to the essence of God Himself is COMMUNITY.

This church has special functions that Jesus himself created for its structure . We do not know at what point in history the words PERFECT and BUILD became COMMAND and CONTROL.

The truth is, most of today’s churches have these functions, that relate to the one that SENDS, ALLOWS and CONTROL what the members of the body of Christ do.

This has tied the hands of church members who should only be receiving orders from the head of the church. ¿Who dares to give a member an order contrary to what the head has given him?

ONLY SOMEONE WHO THINKS IT’S THE HEAD.

According to the Bible, the leaders, apostles, and pastors are not in the CHURCH to send or control the members that JESUS ​​bought for A VERY HIGH PRICE.

Reading once again this verse can help us discover the real design of Jesus for his leaders.

This map is God’s design for the church that HE builds to receive growth. If we do not see growth, we must review how we are developing our role as church leaders.

This church that Jesus builds is a church prepared for EVERYTHING. It will survive NO MATTER WHAT.

It worked before, it works now, and it will work in the future no matter what the circumstances are. Jesus designed it on principles so that it can be a blessing at any TIME AND CIRCUMSTANCE.

It worked in the catacombs under the largest and most cruel empire that existed on this land that was the Roman empire, it is a church that does not depend on its buildings, it does not depend on its money, it does not depend on its leadership, it only depends on the PRESENCE OF JESUS IN ITS MEMBERS.

The best example is the Chinese church, where the greatest oppression is the fastest growing church in the world without temples, without public gathering or permits to preach. ¿Do you know why the Chinese church grows so much?

The following phrase alone gives us the simplest answer to the growth of the church. It grows so much because its members CAN ONLY DEDICATE TO PREACH AND TEACH PEOPLE PERSONALLY in small communities of two or three people.

Nothing can stop the expression of God through the church that Jesus builds. It is inevitable to return to the original design of Jesus if we wish that HE KEEP BUILDING HIS CHURCH

The church that Jesus builds RECEIVES GROWTH. The reality of stagnant churches that die everyday CRY OUT to us that if we want to see growth we must return to the model of Jesus’ church and see His dream of BUILDING HIS CHURCH comes true. ¿Is there hope for the church? Of course.

Hope is intact because if we are IN CHRIST, He can lead us to collaborate and serve in His church as HE DESIRES. The only foundation for this to happen is CHRIST IN YOU, the hope of glory.

Christ is the answer for the FOUNDATION, BUILDING AND EXTENSION of HIS CHURCH.

¿How is God going to do it?

DREAM 2 The earth will be filled with the knowledge of God.

This church that JESUS BUILDS is going to fill the earth with the knowledge of God.

¿How will He do it?

Through HIS CHURCH (NOT in your building, your gatherings, your programs, your campaigns), but through HIS CHURCH, US (MEMBERS OF YOUR BODY, WORKERS, SOWERS)

Our actions and conduct before men. The earth will be filled with the knowledge of God because the church that Jesus builds, EXTENDS TOWARDS THE LOST.

QUICKLY JESUS RELEASES HIS CHURCH FOR THE MISSION

From the first day in Mark 3:14 “He appointed twelve that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach” Jesus clarifies that he establishes them as His disciples to be with him (RELATION) and to SEND THEM OUT TO PREACH (MISSION) In pairs ¿What is the mission? TO PLANT HIS CHURCH.

Some think that Jesus sent His disciples to do personal work, knock on doors to pray for people or preach to them, but the OBJECTIVE IS MUCH GREATER.

If someone opens the door, stay there, ¿FOR WHAT? TO PLANT HIS CHURCH because where there are two or three there I am and where JESUS ​​IS…… HIS CHURCH IS.

Filling the earth with the knowledge of God requires a dynamic, agile, rapidly expanding church, not complicated by buildings, programs and gatherings that consume the lives of the disciples and focus them on activities within four walls.

Jesus’ directives are to assemble teams of two people who would plant His SIMPLE, PERSONAL, and INFORMAL church in each OIKOS that opens to hear the gospel.

Only a church quick to move, to penetrate OIKOS naturally, freeing ALL its members, guided by the HOLY SPIRIT obeying the orders of the head, go to experience the will of God for your lives and thus fulfill the purpose for which, God has created you to PARTICIPATE IN THE DREAM OF GOD to fill the earth with His knowledge.

The growth of the demographic density indicates that every day our churches are smaller in number and relevant in our communities because more people are born in our community rather than those who enter churches.

We need a radical change that brings us back to the model and dynamics of Jesus. Without realizing it and with the best intentions, we changed the model of Jesus for a model that concentrates on the members of the church and in places with 4 walls.

Success for us is, 100 or more concentrated people, and for Jesus success was the exact opposite, He had 70 and released them to go plant His church in the oikos of their community.

The current model and the model of Jesus. If we are COLLABORATORS OF GOD we must return to the form that our head designed for the extension of His church.

The length and breadth of the image show us that such a result will only be possible if the church can regain its dynamism, growth, and free expression of the Holy Spirit through His church. God’s second dream will come true.

¿How is God going to do it?

Dream 3 This gospel will be preached in every nation.

This map places us before the challenge of bringing the gospel to each nation. Jesus says this is going to happen. ¿Are we a part of those who pray, offer, and work so that the gospel reaches EVERY NATION that has not yet heard from Jesus.

In Luke 24:46-47 “He told them, This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.“ Jesus teaches what God’s simple plan is to save the world. Jesus did his part, half of the plan which is to be born, live, die, rise, and ascend to heaven. And now it’s up to us HIS CHURCH, to preach, to make disciples, Baptize and teach to fulfill His dream …For this we need to talk about MISSIONS and what MISSIONS really means in the model of Jesus and Paul.

According to the model and example of the 2 greatest references that we have as Christians, MISSIONS means RENOUNCE, TRIP, INCARNATE AND PLANT. Both Jesus and Paul followed this pattern.

It is clear, that any laudable Christian’s action in any nation is to help the MISSION, we don’t see Jesus and Paul lose their focus on what are the actions that demonstrate that the gospel has been planted in a town or ethnic group.

At this point Jesus and Paul focused on PLANTING THE CHURCH, that is, a living community of disciples of JESUS. The challenge of this time is to fulfill this dream to REFOCUS THE PLACE WHERE WE WILL DO THE MISSION because otherwise, we will NEVER finish THE TASK that Jesus entrusted us.

The place where we should FOCUS is without a doubt THE UNREACHED PEOPLE.

As Paul clearly says: “Where Christ is not known” “To whom it was NEVER announced”, “Those who have NEVER heard”

¿What is God’s strategy to achieve this dream?

It is the same since the creation of the WORLD. ¿What did He do…? The answer is always the same and this should be our focus.

SEND LONG TERM WORKERS

¿What is the key to fulfill this dream? Each phrase is irreplaceable if we want to achieve this dream with God. ¿Why is this the key? Because it is the model of the church that Jesus developed. God is ready to start new and similar movements to achieve this dream.

Let’s review how the Church that Jesus builds is the one that will achieve this dream, and the result that awaits churches that do not focus their actions on the dreams of God. Every time we place a laborer or missioner, we are closer to the dream.

The arrow has been released – ¿Will you be part of God’s dreams?

¿What is my part in the 3 dreams of God?

While two people walked through the tremendous Disney Park with all its attractions…..one of them said ” it is a pity that Disney died without having seen”, the other person said “correction Mr. Disney saw it……that’s why you can see it done here. That is dreaming. I always share that everything your eyes see, someone dreams first, therefore the first step is always to DREAM.

I dream of seeing these three dreams fulfilled. I dream for 3 reasons.

To understand what I believe and feel, you must know something about my history.

That is my father Andres Robert who, with his example and conduct, injected the dreams of God into my blood. To this day his example prompts me to give my all for the dreams of God.

That is my mother Josefa who helped me balance my life between my passion for the dreams of God and not doing crazy things, she knew how to lead me step by step with her UNIQUE wisdom so I don’t get derailed, that even today, although she is no longer here, her teachings serve as a guide.

These are my queens, Cintia, Belen, Monica and Melina, the family that God gave me to pamper me, take care of me, improve myself, teach me and become a proud dad of the privilege that God gave me to walk together, laugh, cry, grow and be one loving family.

The feeling generated by knowing that there are people who would do anything to see you happy is tremendous. And that fills my heart. It is another gift from God.

Esteban and Claudia are two of my brothers. They are two special blessings that God put in my life. Without them a large percentage of who I am would not be possible. God used special circumstances with each one of them throughout my life to take care of me, make me grow and achieve many things in my life.

These are my pastors Alberto and Ana Fernandez and their daughter Jemima that God put in my way to bless me in many ways but the main one is that we all need to know that they support us and they walk with me they will give me that blessing constantly many years ago.

Jazmin is the most recent gift from God, my granddaughter who when she is with me, she can’t stop asking me, what are you doing grandpa? And that completely disarms me.

And finally, for you to see how normal I am this is firulete, my daily workmate who is willing to give his life to defend me, even though, all the dogs are bigger than him.

¿Why am I showing you all this? Because I want you to see that God builds His dreams by uniting us with people that He prepared to walk with us.

Surely you have your history and you can identify those people of value in your life and that is part of seeing and recognizing the hand of God preparing us to do our part in his dreams of God.

But this is not all, God was going to use many things in my life to get involved in His dreams.

The first act that God used to start leading me to His dreams was what God did with my brother Esteban. He left home as a young man and separated from the Lord and family for many years. I got mad at the Lord because my brother took me out when I wanted to have him around.

He went to Brazil and for a long time I did not know about him. God always insisted I pray for him, and I did so, until one day we found out from this photo that in His grace the Lord brought him back and was being baptized in Brazil. That day I came into my room to thank God and God clearly put the following in my mind. “I know what I do, you dedicate yourself to serve me.” From there I never question God for anything, and God gave me in my brother, a NEW brother, a co-worker for the work, a person that only God could forge.

The second thing God was going to do was allow me to be pastor of the Community Baptist Church back in 1999. God allowed us to see a beautiful growth experience starting with a very small group and coming to our last baptism meeting with 180 people.

Seeing God at work for 5 continuous years, with baptism every 3 months, with new cell leaders every year, with the missionary vision to support workers, plant a new church, open house churches in 7 different neighborhoods allowed me to see that following a model Simple church was possible and that God manifested himself in that model of church.

This experience prepared my heart for new dreams. Faith was developing and the dreams of God were gaining more and more place in my heart.

The third thing that marked my life was the Tigre Missionary Center. I was already focused on how to help the missionary candidates to train and God put this challenge in my heart and together with a team of people we started to walk in that direction.

We had neither place nor money nor human resources for this task, but when the team said “Let’s go to the island” where my brother Esteban gave us part of the land, the challenge of faith became reality.

God gave us beautiful ground for missionary training, but all the rest was missing and God did it. Miraculous financial resources began to arrive, people from Brazil, Paraguay, Ecuador, the United States, and many provinces of Argentina joined in, teachers, volunteers, churches, and God made it possible. Today more than 80 candidates have passed through that place and it continues to work for the glory of God.

Seeing this dream fulfilled and sustained in the years by God, He affirms in my heart that for Him NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. I know that we all know the verse but it is very different to experience it firsthand, to see it works, to shake you, to amaze you, I assured you that it is UNIQUE, that is why we must continue seeking to FULFILL GOD’S DREAMS.

Finally, God made the following move, taking my wife and me from Buenos Aires and took us into the province of Salta, taking care of all the circumstances.

The province of Salta is a beautiful very quiet province, but I asked myself about the purpose of this moved. Today I know WHY.

The blessing of being in a quiet place, that is the view that I have from my house, with God fulfilling my and my wife’s dream of living in the countryside with a view of the hills, being able to enjoy nature with that river that is a few minutes from my house and giving me the tranquility and time necessary to order everything that God had given me in order to make a better contribution of my life to the DREAMS OF GOD.

Since 1999, God put the feeling of serving and that led me to develop ministries, plans and works related to His dreams.

God always put suitable people by my side to work together for the Lord.

If it was that I started with …

¿Why do I tell you all this? Because God wants to use your life in a similar or better way, but He needs you to be encouraged to believe Him and start walking towards His will and purpose for your life.

All this was possible because God surrounded me with people who helped me in my growth.

The first was my father with his example, conduct and passion.

Carlos Orrego is the person that God put in my life as a mentor, friend, and counselor. Every coffee we have had has become a new ministerial step and I would not be where I am without your help.

Guillermo Di Geovana is the person who gave me the least advices but two of those tips changed my life forever. One was in relation to my way of seeing my marriage and the other in relation to living in my frame of reality. Those two things changed me forever and I know that I always count on his advice and wise eyes.

Joel Comiskey gave me an advice that made the experience at The Community Baptist Church possible. I wanted to start cells right away and he told me in a seminar in Uruguay: “Tito, spend a year just teaching about values” and so it was. I keep learning from him, from his books and even God has given me the power to establish a relationship of mutual help with him.

Daniel Bianchi is an example of pursuing the dreams of God and He is a mirror to look at if one wants to serve God with excellence. Although God has not allowed us to be together for a long time, He is one of the people who took everything to continue growing. His example is enough to know where I must improve. God gave me the gift of being able to challenge him to do the COM (Missionary Orientation Course) and absorb even more everything inside.

Eliseo is a young man who came to receive training and gave himself to help in the construction of the Missionary Center in a way that would not be possible the task without him, but the way God used of him, allowed me to see his total dedication, his heart, his “give everything ”. I was inspired by him to grow in a way that I thank God for. As he continues his way with the Lord, his total surrender left a mark and an example of how to surrender to the Lord with ALL MY HEART.

AR is a missionary that God put at my side to teach me a new level of FAITH. His example shows me that this type of faith is possible and that I must always grow in HAVING MORE FAITH IN GOD. Do you think I can do this? He taught me that we can increase our faith and always say I BELIEVE.

AD is a laborer who works in countries of creative access and God put in my life in recent years to give me an example of how to mentor and guide others in a healthy, balanced but at the same time challenging way. He is a friend and mentor currently and his advice is worth gold. I thank God that he made him a friend and mentor at this time.

Why do I tell you about these people?

Because I want to show you that whatever God is going to do in your life, it is through servants of God at your side that God has prepared beforehand so that you can achieve what God has for your life or church.

But for God to do something with my life it was necessary to get out of my comfort zone. This is the area where we are all safe.

I was a pastor in a church, I had my job in a medical supply company, I made good money and the owner was a Christian, so I could have retired there without having any trouble.

But God clearly indicated to me that if I stayed there, HE WAS NOT ABLE TO DO WHAT HE WANTED TO DO WITH ME and I quit that job and I began to work on my own and have time for what God wanted to do with me.

That is leaving the comfort zone and if you want to see God at work, it is very possible that you must leave your comfort zone. Then, we enter the risk zone, difficult but necessary for faith to grow and letting go of fears and excuses.

The next area is that of learning, especially in launching yourself into DOING THINGS FOR GOD IN PRACTICE because that is where you will see God at work and you will develop skills and abilities that you did not have before.

And finally, you will reach the growth zone where confidence grows, objectives and purpose are achieved and where there are also SUCCESSES, FAILURES and DREAMS.
